Technical project manager (FI)

We are looking for a solution-oriented, open-minded, and energetic team player for the role of Technical Project Manager!

Turku, Helsinki & Jyväskylä

Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, a systematic approach, and planning capabilities. You possess solid project management skills, previous experience with relational databases, and the ability to communicate fluently both orally and in writing. In this role, you will be part of a significant client project involving a large, distributed information system built with modern technologies.

For this role, we hope you recognise yourself from the following description:

  • You act as a bridge between business and IT, translating business needs into clear and comprehensible specifications for designers and developers.
  • You leverage your experience with relational databases and SQL effectively in technical specifications and data management.
  • You take independent responsibility for leading and executing development projects alongside the team.
  • You are capable of acting as a product owner when needed.
  • You produce clear and understandable technical documentation.

We hope you have:

  • Full proficiency in Finnish
  • Experience in project management
  • Basic understanding of relational databases and experience with SQL
  • A desire to learn new things and continuously develop your skills
  • An independent, proactive, and goal-oriented working style
  • Fluent oral and written communication skills in English

Considered as an advantage:

  • Understanding of POS systems or enterprise resource planning, production planning, or material logistics systems through education or work experience
  • Work experience in software development or software development projects
  • Understanding of service design

This is a full time position, with a start date as soon as possible by agreement. The salary range is flexible, but we expect the monthly salary for the right candidate to be around €4,000–€6,000.

Our offices are centrally located in Turku and Helsinki. We work in a hybrid model, but this role requires regular presence in Turku.
