But when done right, it can have a truly transformative effect on both the quality and efficiency of digital products and processes. How do we get both management and employees onboard with the idea and make user research a mainstay in all our service design processes?
This is the topic that kicks off the third season of our Taiste Talks video podcast. We explore the theme together with Nina Flink, UX Manager of the industrial giant Valmet. She has played a pivotal role in the way Valmet's approach to user research has evolved into a sophisticated system that involves both management and employees. Joining Nina, we have UX Designer Maarit Kotiranta and Taiste's Design Director Ville Kaisla – both of whom have a long history with utilising interviews and focus groups in their work.
